Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and a part of SSC's Board of Directors since 2011 She was one of the co-artistic directors of Speech of Fire. While serving as SSC's Artistic Director, Lauren Ash-Morgan also held the positions of costume/set designer, producer, composer/music directors and text coaches. In her final year she worked as a lighting designer and director in SSC's production of King Lear. She had directed from the ensemble, however in the year that she made her directorial debut. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Apart from acting, she's also worked on a number of game-based series. The Post family, which includes her two sisters and daughter were nurtured by her scientist father Richard F. Post, as well as poet Marylee Post in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School was where she played and studied. She briefly studied at Pomona College. Post was married prior to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross is her husband of 22 years since 1982. They have two daughters. An amazing actress, and a perfect wife and mother. Post is an inspiration for many in Hollywood.
